ITADCollect – Collection Management Software

Our system was primarily designed as a collection management system, and it is the area where the system really shines. Our goal was to design a system that provided the full traceability of every item collected from a client, while containing the tools to enter and process these items easily.

The tools we have created allow you to do exactly that, from quickly duplicating items, importing from an Excel Spreadsheet, or even connecting to Aiken and other systems to import the collection from there.

Creating a collection within ITADCollect is a breeze.

Data Erasure Integration

Collection management is just a part of processing a collection – data erasure is crucial. When writing ITADCollect, we found that one of the biggest problems faced by the ITAD industry was retrieving and providing the data erasure reports to their clients.

With that in mind, we have bridged the gap and automated the process of retrieving data erasure certificates, making it easy to manage and store data erasure reports.

Our system connects directly to Blancco, Kroll OnTrack, Aiken, WipeDrive and Cedar (Coming Soon) to automatically retrieve data erasure reports and device information.

This reduces the time taken to process a collection considerably.

Report Generation

With traceability being key in the ITAD industry, generating reports to show items were properly handled is essential. This can often be time consuming though, so again this is something we have aimed to tackle.

We not only generate most common reports automatically – such as Waste Transfer Notes, Collection Manifests and Item Status Reports, but we also built a very flexible report generator tool. Simply upload an Excel Spreadsheet or Word Document with your own branding and placeholders in it, and we’ll use the template to generate the report you need – instantly. This gives you great flexibility on reporting, allowing you to generate exactly what you and your clients need directly from the system.

Client Portal

Generating reports and collecting the erasure certificates is one thing, but often you then still need to send them through to the client once they are created. But not with us. Our client portal allows you to set up an account for each customer, allowing them to log in and view the status of their collections in real time.

As soon as items are processed, the erasure report will be retrieved and made available to the clients – instantly. Data erasure certificates are now available in seconds!

One of our clients recently won a large government contract thanks to our client portal. They successfully demonstrated how they can provide erasure reports within seconds of processing an item. The previous successful bids provided the erasure reports 3 MONTHS after the collection date.

Stock & Sales Management

With many other ITAD products, you’re on your own once you have processed the collections, but not with us. We feature a full stock and sales module too, allowing you to add items to stock when processing. This will add the items in to our built in stock system, allowing your sales team to search and filter through to find the items they need to fulfil sales requests.

Once the item is sold, simply record the sale within ITADCollect, and we’ll create the sales invoice for you, as well as updating your stock levels.
