Gaining and fulfilling collection requests is easy. But what do you do with all the equipment once you have collected it? Storing it in your warehouse will be expense. But re-used IT assets have a great deal of value – and selling them on for re-use is great for the environment. With ITADCollect we make this as simple as possible.

When processing items and adding them to stock, we allow you to fill in specifications such as processor, memory, HDD capacity etc – we can even pre-fill this data for you from most major erasure systems such as Blancco, WipeDrive, OnTrack etc.

Group items by model or search for them by specification within our stock system to instantly find items that match what the user is looking for.

Once you find them, select all the items and quickly add them to a sale. This sale will be recorded and the stock levels adjusted.

All of this will also be tied back to the collection, so with a quick click we can view exactly what items in the collection have sold, and for how much. Ideal if we need to pay the client commission!
