1. Collection Manifests

ITADCollect is essentially a digital manifest – showing all items that are due to be collected from the customer – their serial numbers, asset tags, and our own uniquely generated ID. View the status in real time – as items are collected or processed, their status updates in the register. Quickly filter by status to find items that need attention.

If the customer needs a paper copy of the manifest, we can quickly print one off. Completely branded with your own logo, these can be printed off in seconds and handed to the customer.

2. Item Audit Trail

Every item in the system has an audit trail, updated as soon as any action happens. Mark an item as collected, and the date and person performing the action will be logged, and can be reviewed just by clicking on the item.

3. Automatic Import Of Erasure Reports

As soon as an item is processed, we can connect to your data erasure software and import the erasure reports. With just a couple of clicks, we can retrieve the reports, as well as look up all the details of the item – processor, memory, hard disk capacity etc and import this data. Ideal if you plan to add the item to stock for reselling!

4. Client Portal

Our client portal allows your client to log in and view all of the above and more for themselves. You no longer need to generate reports and send them through. With a quick log in, they can now view the digital asset register, and see updates in real time. As soon as an item is marked collected, they can see its status change in the portal. Once processed, erasure reports are available to download in seconds.

Demonstrating This To Auditors – Gaining Industry Certification

For larger, more lucrative contracts, its often a requirement that your ITAD is certified by a recognised certifications scheme such as ADISA. Traceability of all assets collected is at the core of this, and it is essential that you can demonstrate this to any auditors.
