Create a collection

Your client contacts you and advises they have some items requiring disposal. You use ITADCollect to create a collection on the system, including the client’s details and any specific information relating to either the collection or the service required.

Collect the assets

Next, you will carry out the collection as planned, using ITADCollect to mark off each item as received and printing labels direct from the software as required. You can even print out a client manifest which can be signed and scanned back to ITADCollect, so that you have secure, digital confirmation that everything was collected.

Process the items

Now you can move on to the processing of the assets. Some may be destined for destruction, some for storage. Others may be stripped down for parts or put into stock for resale. Whatever you do with these items, ITADCollect can record and track each individual asset so that you always know where they came from and where they went.
